After another week of playing with green, I'll add four 8.5 blocks to my collection. Also a scrappy happy house block, a crossroads block, some 5" tumblers, and 2.5" squares for those collections. I've been making these house blocks for a couple years. I'm using Bonnie Hunter's pattern posted on her blog.
Michael's Craft Store had Sugar'n Creme cotton yarn on sale for 97 cents a ball. I added several to my yarn collection. One was a pretty green that I knitted into a dishcloth. There's enough for another. Love, love, love green.
I've been quilting a small UFO quilt top that I hope to finish next week.
To see what other have made with their green scraps this week, go here Saturday morning : )
Greens are good for you (and me), and yours are yummy! You are stockpiling some really nice quilt pieces. Way to go, Girl!
