2014 RSC July Red, Week 2

After playing with red scraps this week I'll add four Scrappy Happy Houses, two 6.5" red sampler blocks and a cotton knitted dishcloth to my collections.
To see what others made with their red scraps, go here Saturday morning.

  1. Great blocks - love the penquin in the door way.

  2. Love the blooming house (window and chimney)! Great red houses... and a dish cloth too! Do you crochet at all? I've downloaded a couple of free crochet dish cloths that I might give a shot for some variety. I've always just knitted them.

  3. They all look great, especially the happy scrappy houses! I just signed up for a Bonnie workshop next January making those...I am going to play around with them ahead of time if I get time!

  4. Happy houses! (It's the red paint.) Yes, the penguin and flowers in the window. It's the little touches that make it homey.
Love the other red blocks, too.
