2013 Rainbow Scrap Challenge, March Orange Week 3

It's been a slow week. I made two 8.5" blocks and a crumb pot holder. Another knitted dishcloth found its way into the picture. Loved the yarn I used, a variegated lime green cotton yarn. I knitted two dishcloths this week but gave the other away. It was made using a pale blue, white, yellow and green variegated cotton yarn. Knitting is addictive. I like to knit.
To see what others made with their orange scraps, go here.

  2. Love your blocks - especially the pot holder. Niiice.
I love knitting, too. It's so relaxing. Coming up soon a scarf for Rachael (Granddaughter). She requested one like mine, so I have to go hunting for the yarn. I hope they still sell that color.

  5. You're right about knitting being addictive! I completely ignored quilting for about two years when I was first bitten by the knitting bug.

  7. Your oranges look wonderful! I don't knit, but I do crochet, especially little dishrags - nice portable project.

  9. These are lovely and bright. So nice to see these bright colours when it's so grey and dark in England this afternoon!

  12. Orange is such a bright and up lifting colour. It's such a dull, wet, dreary day here! Good knitting too.
