Easter Pillows

Mother and I just finished Easter pillowcases for three grandchildren. Mother insisted that we buy this fabric when she saw it at the LQS. I thought it was okay. But now that the pillows are finished, I think they are some of the most beautiful pillowcases we have ever made!

Summer Fun Quilt

The 2 1/2" strips are pieced, pressed, squared up and on the design wall along with a couple borders. It's going to be about 53" x 69" finished. I'm thinking warm sunny days on the grass under a shade tree :)

Homemade Jelly Rolls

I spent National Quilting Day cutting 2 1/2" strips to make some jelly rolls. I pulled 30 strips and plan to sew them like I have them laid out ... then maybe a border or two ... Looks like summer to me :)

Mother's Blue Quick Strippie Quilt is All Done

Mother's Pink Strip Quilt Is Done and Blue Quick Strippie Quilt is a Sandwich

Mother's pink strip quilt was free motion quilted with many loops, a few butterflies and some hearts here and there. It's all washed, dried, folded and ready to be wrapped. It's a Christmas present for a grandchild. This quilt is so pretty!
