Difficult to believe, but I left my camera on the dresser! So sadly ... no pictures of me and Bonnie Hunter with her beautiful quilts. Happily she was selling personalized signed copies of her pattern books and I was able to buy two.
I thoroughly enjoyed Bonnie's trunk show and her talk about fabrics, quilts, her travels, her books, her current Mystery Quilt Easy Street and her vintage sewing machines. It was a wonderful evening!
You can find Bonnie's blog here.

I am so Jealous! She has been in my area 3 times and always booked full (but someone nicely picked me up a copy of her 'Shirttails'). I saw she was in your area and wondered. Good for you and enjoy those books.
You sound like you had a great time and are so lucky to have such great teachers in the USA
How neat! I would love to take one of her classes, but doesn't look like that will happen any time soon.
It sounds like a great evening. What fun to meet a quilting legend in person.
You are a LUCKY DUCK, Miz Sheila! How fun that you got to meet/see/hear Bonnie in person!!!
Lucky YOU! Glad you had a chance to meet Bonnie and hear her speak. She is one of the most genuinely nice people I've ever met and so fun. Congrats on getting TWO signed books!
Yes...lucky you. She is coming to do a workshop at the quilt show near here next March, but it filled before I could get signed up. I love your Easy Street blocks.
Oh MAN. First Wanda and now Bonnie...
