This small blue doll quilt is going to Debbie's house for awhile. You can read about her community's charity here. Debbie collects little doll quilts for the small doll beds and cradles made in the community workshop. They are given to children at Christmas. Debbie's button is on the side of my blog.
I used a fat quarter, a print with little pink winged fairies wearing pink dresses on a blue background for the backing. I didn't use all the fat quarter and fussy cut some 3" fairy squares to mix with some colorful 3" squares left over from another project for the quilt top. It's quilted with variegated threads in a thatch pattern using my sewing machine's walking foot. Finished at 14"x 18".

Very cute - how simple, yet will surely make a little girl so happy.
That is soooo cute!
Sweet! Love all the color, and the prints are great! Some little girl will love this.
