I added another border to my Full House and I'm not sure how I feel about it. May trim it a bit before adding my binding, leave a bit of color. Other than that, it's quilted and ready to bind. But I'm not sure whether to do a red or blue binding. Auditioning both in the picture.

Boy your squeeked almost to the wire! Tee Hee - I think a blue would help tone it down a little and hold it in place.
I really like this quilt, Sheila! But then you know red is my color. I think the borders look great, just as they are.
Both work - depends on if you want the red to frame the quilt or the blue to tone down the other red in the quilt. Personally.... I'd go with the red =)
It turned out great! And I would go with the red, too. :)
Hi, Sheila, I share the opinion of "Muddling Through": I like your way of creating your borders, it emphasizes the form and colors of the houses, so the overall impression appears in harmonie. The different binding-colors of blue and red convey different impressions: the red binding seems friendly and lively while replicating the sashings and the inner borders ... it maintains the colorful appearance of the Quilt ... the blue one keeps silence to the quilt, centres it and hold it in place. I think, it's really important to know the person the quilt would be for ... If it's a child, for example, I would choose the red binding ... Nevertheless, it's a wonderful design and colorchoice, and I like this quilt very much ... Best wishes, Kirsten
Not just because it's my favorite color, but I think the red would go better with this quilt. I like the idea of a cut outer border... just a little change in size of those squares would be an interesting element.
You got good ideas!
Hugs
Love your houses... just love them! I like both the red and the blue binding... just depends on what strikes your fancy at binding time.
:)
I like the red binding, it echoes the borders. Nicely done, I love your all bright houses.
