We're playing with our light blue scraps this month. I love anything blue so this will be good month. To see what others made with their light blue scraps, go here Saturday morning.
This weekend is our guild's annual quilt show. We set up the room on Thursday. I entered three quilts.
My friend, Cathy, entered two quilts.
This quilt was absolutely one of my favorite quilts in the show. Oh my. I love this quilt. The lady that made it said she found the pattern in a magazine in 2005.

I hope to be doing some blue blocks this month. It will be good to join in properly before the end of the year! Your row-along quilt and colour wash quilt are so lovely.

Ooo I really like that quilt too!!! But I really love the quilts you entered - your Easy Street and Row Quilts are so fine! But even though I'm not usually a colorwash fan, I truly Love that quilt!!! The movement from lights to darks is nothing short of perfect!
You have some beautiful blue scrappy blocks, and those are all lovely quilts you entered in the quilt show!
Love your new blue blocks, and you know I love your colorful quilts. I have wanted to make a little sailboat for a while - your friend did a great job... but I'm with you on the snail's trail with stars. Gorgeous - such rich colors.
Thanks for sharing your photos. I went to a quilt show today, too. So I'll have pictures to show on Monday.
Hugs
Oh - that is a Judy Martin pattern! I think it was in the Fons and Porter magazine but also in one of her books. Very pretty version. Love your Easy Street.... I really should add the borders onto mine and get it finished.
