2018 RSC June Turquoise Week 2, Pink Themed Eye of God Quilt FInish
A couple weeks work here... Pictured are five 16 patch blocks, a thirty-six patch block, a happy house block, a 2018 RSC sampler block and a small scrappy pot holder made form two orphan blocks. WOW. I just saw the mistake in the sampler block. I'll have to fix that!
To see what others made with their scraps, go here Saturday morning.
I pulled some string blocks made last year during the RSC to make this pink themed Eye of God block quilt. The backing is bright pink. After a go in the washer and dryer it finished at 65" x 83". I'll put this one on Mother's bed.
My goodness! What is up with blogger and Google. I see that I have comments on my last post that didn't go to by email. Sure hope they fix that ........

Beautiful blocks. Love the Eye of God for your Mom, too.
Hugs
Love the turquoise, really pretty! Your mom is going to enjoy that pink one, I'm sure.

I like how you make themed Eye of God (one of my all time favorite blocks to make!) blocks...Really nice works in progress hugs, Julierose
Your string quilt is beautiful. Looks like lots of beautiful teal blocks too. So glad you had sewing time.
Blogger is having issues... not fixed yet

Beautiful teal/turquoise blocks, and I LOVE your string quilt--it's gorgeous!
Your finished string quilt is just beautiful! I love the layout - makes me want to go sew some string blocks!
Lovely finish and the triple border really sets off the blocks.
